Built with local stones in the traditional rustic manner this 65 sm house is perfect for 4 persons. 

In the groundfloor there is a living-room, kitchen with dishwasher, dining area and the bathroom with washing machine. A flight of winding stairs goes up to two bedrooms and a big balcony.  

In front of the house there is a lovely garden with "pergola" and a breathtaking view over the landscape.

The house, located in the south of Montefiascone, is surrounded by a typical Italian neighbourhood.
All our guests can use our private property on the waterside of the lake, the perfect place to relax in the shadow of olivetrees and hazel bushes.

Price: for 4 persons  per week.
Additional expenses not included. Final cleaning 65 Euro.
